We offer house and apartment rentals in Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County. Most appliances are included. Washer and dryer rentals are available for $50.00 per month

Application Fee & Process

There is a $40.00 fee when submitting a lease application. PAD Rentals will run a credit check and verify previous rental history if available. The application process generally takes 24-48 hours from the time the application is submitted and the application fee is paid.

Furnished available at some locations for an additional charge. 6 month minimum lease.

Reserving a House/Apartment

Once the application process has been completed and you have been approved you may reserve your house/apartment for up to 60 days in advance. $150.00 will reserve a unit for 30 days; $300 will reserve a unit for 60 days. These payments will be applied toward your security deposit once you complete the lease agreement. Example-$150 deposit to reserve a unit, $600 would be due upon signing the lease and moving in for a total of $775. Once a reservation deposit has been paid Pad Rentals will hold the apartment for you, should you decide not to move into the unit you will forfeit your reservation deposit.

Pet Policies

We offer pet friendly housing with the following conditions: Pet shall not be over 75lbs at full maturity; we do not allow any more than 2 pets per unit. We also do not allow pets to be tethered.

We reserve the right to have a pet interview to insure your animal will pose no threat to any of the other tenants or rental team that they could potentially come into contact with. We also reserve the right to refuse any pet.

If at any time your pet becomes a nuisance to either our property management or to any other neighbors we reserve the right to have you remove the pet immediately. If you are asked to remove your pet, the monthly fee will not be charged to your account effective from the date of removal.

Pet Fees

There is a onetime up front non-refundable, non-transferable pet fee and monthly pet rent.

A single pet requires a $300.00 pet fee and $35.00 monthly pet rent

Two pets require a $400.00 pet fee and $45.00 monthly pet rent

Utilities

Cable-All units are wired for Comcast Cable. Installation of satellite dishes require permission upfront by PAD Rentals
